The insurance company for the other driver is State Farm and they are known for not wanting to pay.

The insurance company first contacted me the day after the accident about wanting to settle. They have contacted me several times wanting to settle and I told them not until I know what is wrong with my neck.

I now know I have a bad disc from the auto accident and will likely need surgery in the future.

About my Granddaughter......I spoke with my son earlier today and he said Elizabeth is almost back to normal. He said the day after surgery she slept all day and ran a fever but was okay Thursday.
