WC Run Around?

Can anyone help me?
I am a chef in Minnesota that has been injured on the job and have been getting WC physical therapy. However, when I turned my time sheet in this week I included time spent at PT that I expected to be paid for. I usually have Saturday, Sunday and Mondays off and then work two 13 hour days and a 14 hour day to make up my 40 hours a week.
I was told that I needed to use vacation hours to be paid for the PT sessions as I can't get paid for more than 8 hours per day. (I go to PT on the 13 hour days).
Am I being greedy by wanting to be paid for my rehab or am I getting the old "Insurance company shuffle"?
Any advice is welcomed!

different states different rules...I am not up on yours but while I didnt get paid for my time I did get mileage and because it was a 7 hour day(I had to go to Tulsa 3 hrs away)I got paid for one meal

If your working, you don't get paid to go to the doctor or PT.

But, some States, you submit the Mileage like Jayne has said to your Insurance adjustor to pay you on that.

here in ga i got paid while i was in pt during work hrs back in 2003, not sure if rules are same now.....but i don't know rules in your state. good luck, have you tried clicking tab for your state at the top of the page?
