RE: pa workers comp help
start looking for another job
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: pa workers comp help
In PA, WC has 21 days from date of notice to accept or deny your claim. Based upon the resent line of enquiry by the comp nurse, I would guess that they are going to deny. Regardless, after the 21st day, if you intend to pursue WC benefits, it is time to file a Claim Petition.
