Bi-Lateral Calcaneous/thorasic 12 fractures

Yin Here In Michigan, Have suffered Bi-Lateral Calcanious Fracture. As well as thorasic 12 fracture. Have been thru/recon. On both feet,it has been 12 months since injury. Looking at surgury to remove meatle in one maybe two feet. Constant infection Rt ft.
Wondering if there are any out there who have went through this or something simlar?? So far Ins. has paid all, lost income and med. bills troublefree. Some trouble getting them to foot the bill for home help.Doctor says will not wite permanant loss of industrial use for at least two years after date of injury.
