my w/c case is in texas and my injury was an acl tear in my right knee what i am trying to figure out is how will they figure out the settlement my doctor says that they give 4% just for a knee injury not including my disability he says they go by some book telling the amount for each body injury, can someone tell me where i can find out this info for texas thank you
