workmens comp pay
Hi my name is Dotty and I am from massachusetts,I work at hospital.Well I broke my wrist at work two years ago and needed surgery.I had a screw put it and that did'nt work so I had a second surgery and was out for 6 months colecting workmens comp.I went back to work 6 months ago for 4 hours a day for about two months.I started full time after that up untill now'I am out again. They are talking about a third surgery. My question is will I be getting less workmens comp this time due to not working that much the whole year. Sorry so long but I am concerned about the money. Please respond asap. Thank You.

RE: workmens comp pay
no your average weekly wage calculation is set once at your date of injury -- it doesn't get recalculated every time you miss work or return to work.
