how much do you drink in the morning?me to much at least 10 cups.

I usually have 2 cups. If it seems to be agreeing with me sometimes I will have 3. At times I can't even drink 1 because it does my stomach funny and just does not taste good on some mornings. After that I usually have water and then a couple swallows of Coke.

2 - 4 cups only with a shot of creamer. Also as in cups do you mean cup size or mug or pots. cause mine r 20 ouncers.

Zero, DeNada, Zilch, None. My caffiene comes in the form of an 8 oz can of Mt Dew during the day (generally more than one) along with juice, milk and water interspersed. I generally take a can of it to bed at night as well for when I wake up and am thirsty.

no coffee for me either, i drink mostly water or kool aid. i don't drink nearly enough most days.
