First of all, when you told the person you had the sales or purchase contract, they should of said simply Fax us a copy. Since they didn't I would call back and ask for a Supervisor and go from there.

My friend the injured RN has been giving them to me.
She no longer works and dosen't have access to them. |

I called my pharmacy and orderd 2 sets of pads for the tens unit at $20.00 per set.
Is this a fair price? I'm going to contact the physical therapy department where I purchased the tens unit and try and get this mess straightened out so I can get parts for the unit if needed in the future. |
