do i talk to my dr about how i can return to some kind of work? how will that effect my case? because if im able to do something then i can collect unemployment right? and once again ty for all your help

Blake, you can ask your doctor all the questions you need to ask. Which questions are the best you need to ask, is only things you know you need to ask.

how do you cope with your neck injury we have them same type? have you returned to work if so what kind ? if you dont mind me asking.did you recieve any type of settlement?

what generaly happens at a testimony? who is involved . i just feel like im gonna be ganged up on . i have never done this just basic hearings

If You have a Good Attorney, they will be Contacting You a Day or Two before the Hearing to Coach and Answer any Questions You have. If by Chance they don't Ask them to Meet You 1/2 Hour before the Hearing to go Over everything, but I'm Sure they will Contact You First!! Your main Objective Right Now is to Relax and Concentrate on getting Better, Your Attorney gets Paid to do the Worrying! My Best, and I Hope All Goes Well!!

yes they have contacted me and told me to be there 1/2 before the hearing, i know im trying to relax thank you so much for the help and concerns

Blake are injuries aren't the same at all. I have a 6 level cervical fusion from C3 to T1.
