Also let them know what the injury is and if you have an MMI from the dr also what his thoughts are. Are you gonna settle with open medical or do you think you are gonna need to have medical later on, some w/c wont settle with open medical. Some one should be along to help the people on here are great and full of knowledge but you need to let them know whats going on so they can help |
