RE: meditation
Mediation is when your lawyer and the IC and maybe you and an IC lawyer get together and try to come to terms on your case without having to go to court. In my case we went to mediation and the IC said NO NO NO so we went to court and the judge said YES YES YES!! So dont be surprised if the IC is on the offense.Good luck.

RE: meditation
i think the details depend on how your state system is run. You should put your state in your user profile so we don't have to ask or guess.

RE: meditation
Thank you for the help, I am not really sure why we are going to meditation now or for what. But I know before they did not want to pay for meds or dr. So maybe that is it. Or they are just trying to get ride of me.

RE: meditation
The IC will do whatever they can to "get rid of you".In my case they said that the injury did not happen at work, My lawyer looked across the room and thanked my boss for giving me a ride to the hospital!!

RE: meditation
Things are working out for me, I have three surgeons backing me. Unfortunately for the IC, one of them was hired by them!!!It's just a long road, the IC will find whatever they can to delay everything, but I know that in the end I WIN. As long as I don't get caught doing something I am not supposed to. And that won't happen!!!!
