;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

well Bx4 admin has come on PM and asked me to modify before but never has he outright deleted so it must have been really bad,since I cant remember what I said I simply must blame it on the new meds....I am on some new ones that Bill is saying is making me a bit -itchy

It seems that you have had to make out an accident report. If you wrote you were working and told the doctor you were injured while working you are gonna want to stick to that or risk getting the MD and Insurance Agent in a lot of legal hot water. If it is just the job you are concerned with go with Family Leave Program, Your supervisor can't do much about that. You might be able to get medical bills paid for and not lose your present job.
