WARNING<WARNING
The food and Drug Adminstration has just issued a warning to Patients and Dr's, That any type of patch worn during a MRI can cause burns. This warning means all patches RX or over the counter. There is a trace amount of metal in the patch. They are talking of putting alert warnings on the boxes and each package.

Thanks for the Info. Tuffy! Thank God I'm Off of those things, I was Starting to get Chemical Burns from Wearing them! I Used the Duragesic 100mcg. per Hour 3 Day Patch for Over a Year, it Helped Great with the Pain at First, but with Me and All Meds. I grew Immune to it's Effects after a While, and would Usually Spend the Last Day of the Patch in Severe Pain, and Using My Breakthrough Morphine More!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

RE: WARNING<WARNING
Good Thread Tuffy. I don't use them. But the patch can also be tested.

Take an old used up patch, place in Microwave, setting on High, time 1 minute, it you see Sparks, there is metal in it. Big Grin
