RE: Struggling w/worker's comp. adjustor
Thank you all for your feedback. I really appreciate it! I finally had my MRI done and it came back normal.
It appears that I have muscle damage and torn ligaments. I'm going to PT and getting a little better but still in a lot of pain. I had to hire an attorney to deal w/WC because I just couldn't take the phone calls from the adjustor anymore and the lack of medical treatment. I really had no idea what I was in for until I read posts in this forum and a lot on WC laws. I really appreciate this forum. Again, thank you everyone! |

RE: Struggling w/worker's comp. adjustor
Hi,
I still hope you called your nasty adjuster's superior....she should never treat people like that! How many other's is she treatiing like that now...and the future?! I'd inform her superior, that SHE (the nasty adjuster) was your reason for lawyering-up !! I bet that gets some action with her. She needs fired. Lilly Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |
