Kansas Injured Workers
Injured workers in Kansas are being asked to contact members of the Senate Commereence Committee no later then March 3rd. on a proposed law.

Senate Bill 258 is the first peice of progesssive workers compensation legislation gotten to a hearing in several years. This bill would require the Kansas Department of Labor to increase the totak allowed mometary benefits for inflation.

The limits on benefits have not been increased in our state since 1987.

Those wishing to contact committee members may pm me and I will send you the list of committee members and their e-mail addresses.
