RE: confused
you can't sue the doctor for an opinion. "practice" is limited to performance and treatment.

I'm Assuming that You are in Pa. and so am I. If Your PM Dr. was Your Main Dr. concerning Your w/c Case, and they no longer want to See You, You need to get in touch with either Your Attorney, or if You don't have One, Your Adjuster, and tell them that the Other Dr. Dropped You, and Your PCP has You Off of Work. Don't expect the Pa. w/c System to do Something on Their Own, You are going to have to get All of the Info. to them as soon as You Can!! They May not Accept Your PCP, and want You to See a Different Dr.The Longer You wait to do this the Worse it will get for You, so try and do this as Quick as You can! My Best, and Please Keep Us Updated!!
![]() P.S.- What was the PM Dr.'s Reason for Dropping You as a Patient?? Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

I can understand your an injured worker. But, each Thread you made so far, comes off as you want to sue everyone? I know things may not appear to be what one wishes when injured. But, welcome to work comp... Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |

RE: confused
If you returned to work under an open claim, your benefits should be reinstated when you again went of work unless the benefits were modified or suspended through a judge’s decision, agreement or Notice of Suspension or Modification. Since it has not been long enough for a decision, did you receive a Notice of Suspension or Modification or did you sign a Supplemental Agreement?
