RE: Today was the last day
Red was it the Norwegian Diet???
![]() Ole and Sven had really 'packed on the pounds' by overeating during Christmas and the New Year's Holidays, so their doctor put them on the same diet. 'I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. The next time I see you, you should have lost at least 5 pounds.' When the Norwegians returned, they shocked their doctor by having lost nearly 25 POUNDS each. 'Why, that's positively amazing!' the doctor said. 'Did you follow my instructions?' Then Ole and Sven nodded and said. . . . 'We vant to tell you though, we taut we was gonna drop dead dat 3rd day.' 'From hunger, you mean?' 'No, yust from all dat skippin'! RE: Today was the last day
Bad boy..that was truly cute. No it wasn't a diet like that hehehehe...I wish I could run or skip that long. That would truly be a be help. I would have lost more weight that way. I still need to loose at least 15 - 20 lbs to be to my navy weight. When I first joined I didn't weigh much at all, then gradually I started gaining as I increased in age etc. Then I stablized at a size 6-8 and was happy to be there. Some things I would wear a 10 however. My uniform was a 10 at my largerst weight, but they run a size to too larger than say at sears or macy's etc. I am wearing any wear from a 10 - a 14 depending on the store. Nordstoms puts me in a 14 whereas macy puts me in a 10 or 12. I have a ways to go ... I will get there, just one day at a time and in time. I do have a picture. Del put them back on, but it is a month or so ago. Which would be a few pounds ago. I believe he took this when we first returned from Misouri. I will see if I can find it. Love Red

RE: Today was the last day
Hi all, before my computer crashed, I had 13,000.00 pictures alocated into files by year and function. Now they are all over the place. Del recovered them and has now backed them all up, but they are out of order, so I am having a little trouble finding a picture. I found one that was taken in October at Brianna's birthday party. I am I would guess about 15 lbs lighter now. It doesn't show much but it should show that I have lost weight for those of you who have met me. Love Red
[attachment=327] this doesn't show much but it is me, a little bit thinner thank goodness...love Red Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. |
