RE: ok enough is enough
Red...it could be an additional problem with my Fibro. I have to really push my chest out , shoulders back to give it a good streth or I can twist sideway which I have to do carefully because of my lumbar. Stiff in the morning but then as the day goes on it becomes painful. Hubby and I went food shopping this morning and I becamse very nervous in the store. I don't know why but I did. That made me short of breath. Couldn't figure out if I was having an asthma attack, anxiety attack or just plain old couldn't breath. I know something is not right. I used my inhaler and took a Klonopin and no relief so far. If it continues or gets worse I will call my PCP or go to the ER. It's almost like a throbbing toothache. Last night it was all the way up the top of my rib cage on the left in the front. A percocet took the pain away. I don't like taking narcotics so I hesitate but couldn't take it.
Cap God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
