help some one ca injured worker do they alwyas mess with people

Hello so my thing is this I fell from a 6 ft ladder at work apt mnger and i reported it to Wc well they oked th Dr and started sending me checks well 3 weeks ago i called rep and said i wasnt happy with Dr can i go to some one else yes you can she tells me ill send you the list so Ok i recieved the list called a dr made a appointment this was a four days this all took to get dr list and deciede who i wanted well i call make a appointment then check the mail theres a letter saying my comp is stopping as of now cause i wasnt in compliying so dr thta i didnt like said im stationary and wont get better but im not oh and i missed two appoint cause husband went in a coma so now i say ok whats up well they tell me its cause i didnt pick a dr whitch i told them i did so they say go to him will approve it and if he says your not permint we will re evalate and give you your checks ok new dr says the old dr was carzy i hant even had a chance to try and see if some other things will work like pt and some other stuff he wants to try so he says hes sending a report saying temp disabled and now they so ok yea your temp disable but now we are send a investigator out now its been 2 1/2 mnths since i was hurt and the person who seen me fall shes a tenat and she says im not getting involved also I have lost job cause i cant use my fingers on right hand cause there numb and the place i work needs a mnger im there only employee its a small apt complex will they give me back my money part and how long can they take to decide this is driving me crazy also the investigator brought up my past she says oh and i see your a meth user i almost fell on the ground i said no your carzy she says oh no it says metha don witch ive been on for 5 yrs its a med you take daily for sever pain and ive had kidney stones 5 times and so they put me on that a long time ago can some one give me some kind on answer are they trying not to pay me and how long can they do all this till i get my checks back please some one help

hi there, not sure in your state but the w/c has rules they are to abide by--do they---no my doctors(4 of them) have had me off work from an injury since 2007--their one doc says that injury was healed and my payments stopped--even though their doctor has stated i cannot work because of the disability it caused, they still have not restarted my payments and will not until they are ordered to by the industrial commission. and even then im sure it will take a while and i will have to fight for all the payments they missed. this is my secound time on w/c for a major injury and each time its the same thing--although they cannot legaly stop your payments if you are not at your medical maximum they will get an ime to say your injury has healed or some other lie to stop your payments in an effort to try and force you to return to work--they think if they do not pay you you will become desperate and return to work--which will show you really are not that injured--however--this game they play really hurts the injured and it takes getting a hearing or trial to get the pay reinstated)and back pay) plus you are entitled to interest and atty fees according to your state
your past medical is only relivant to your injury if it was somehow related to that same injury in the past
i really good piece of advice--when asked to sign for release of medical documentation for the injury--make sure you write on the paper for the records relating to that injury only. anyother medical records they can get their hands on is like winning the lottery for them.
w/comp is a game, unfortunately, you just have to stay strong enough to trump thier every move!!!!
