Also toss my hat in the ring for GLAD it worked out for ya'll. Even more glad you didn't try to get the personal insurance to cover a WC bill. Fight it out later may have turned into a you didn't follow the rules so therefore you no longer get to play. I would have hated to hear that his wage benefit was effected by using a non WC doc for WC services. Hope he recovers well and woon.
