Good Morning All,  First of all, all the information posted has been very interesting.

Chris isn't it just to bad we even have to think about it. I posted a while back I thought I was being followed. Well just a few days ago I caught a man taking my picture. Here is what he did... I live next door to a small busy which a nice lady runs. I heard some guy yell "you are under arrest" so I went to my front door and stepped out on to the front step to see what was going on....the next thing I know this old man was taking my picture. I knew right away what he was up to...it made me so mad I just walked out into my front yard....and very nicely said how are you? He just looked at me and got in his pick-up and drove off. So I know the times I thought I was being watched and having my picture taken it was true....I wasn't crazy. I called my attorney..and it told me to not worry about it. It just gives me the creeps to think I have some old man following me around. He just has to be bored out of his mind. Know what in the world is this man going to do with a picture of me doing nothing but standing on my front step. For heaven sakes I looked aweful...he could of been nice and just asked me for a picture I would of gladly gave him a better looking one. Can someone tell me what is this PI going to do with a picture of me just standing on the step?

Just staying home causes the depression to worsen...so when I can go out I will. Oh Boy I got to leave once this whole week....I felt good enough to drive and do a little shopping. I do go out a little more when my hubby is with me. He can do the driving...and help with what ever we are out doing.

Can someone please tell me what would anything in my computer, trash or what I said on the telephone would have to do with my wc case. Please explain more...so if there is something that I needed to be more aware of I can be. Because I'm not getting it.

Question for all: As for restictions my Dr. tells me that I know what I can do and can't do....he wants me to use my arm as much as I can on the good days. So I can keep as much use as possible. Tells me to pick the things I can do to enjoy my family life as much as possible. Should I have my Dr. list what I can and can't do?

Spring, in my opinion, I would rather know their watching then not knowing. Interent, telephones, garbage, and who knows what are some tatics is all. Do they use them, will they try, we don't know. Much like many here, we have little to hide. In general then, why worry. All I know, is I had my share of fun with them. Like taking to truks and parking them on their front and rear bumpers, with a neighbors help. They can't move then. Bring them out a cup of coffee, or Ice tea. Go up to them, and take their picture. Or if little kids are outside, call the Police, and tell them what make car and License plate they have, and their looking at the little kids very strange. Watch the action, and have your camera handy for some fine pictures. LMAO.

Just remember Spring, as my attorney told me when I asked if it would be O.K. to go away for a weekend: You are injured, you're not dead!! I think all Judges know we have good days and bad, and if they have you on film, tell them you were having one of your very few good days! I for one am not going to set around and fear the PI, I stay within my restrictions because I honestly can't do much more than them, but if I want to go somewhere I go!! I'm surely not going to let them control my life!!

billybubba...you're right on about the phishing...just awhile ago I got several emails saying my yahoo account is suspended and gave several reasons of why it could be. They wanted me to click on to the attachment and answer their questions...my mamma didn't raise a dummy!!! Just becuz of that and all the junk I was getting, I got a new yahoo email addy. I don't know how they did it but I had my sister email me several times to see and I never received them but my sister said whatever you do...don't open that attachment...so that's when I got a new addy.
