Ok people, Here is the information.

Each one will have to call the Inn and make there own reservation. They must be made by April 3rd, 2009 or the rooms will be released.

Take your pick, when calling, this is what we have reserved, If we need more rooms or a different type let me know.

Price per night including taxes = $48.84. Children under 16 staying in the same room are free.
1-King smoking
1-King non smoking
2 - doubles smoking
2 - doubles non smoking
1- handicap King

Make your reservations under (THE INJURED WORKERS GROUP ) There is no charge to hold your room if using a credit card, If cash you will be charged for one nite. and cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance.

Sorry everyone I made a error, There is no charge to hold your room if booked with a credit card, it will be charged when you leave the Inn. There will be a room charge of one nite if paying cash, to reserve your room.

Red may need a roommate if Del can't make it. Any Ideas????

Still, That is ok, you have untill April 3rd to book a room. We need you and Ellen there, It won't be the same without you two..... Bring Miss Lucy LOL

Tuffy...I am still up in the air but believe that Del will be working so I will fly down to Jacksonville Fl. and spend a couple of days with Sweet tooth and her husband and then we will all drive together (is this right sweet tooth?-i am talking for you uh?) to florida. We will definitely be there for the night that we are all meeting with admin, but well stay as long as sweet tooth and skeeter want to stay. I can stay with skeeter and sweet tooth, but prefer not to intrude even though they say it isn't an intrusion, so if this works as I believe it is going too, then I will want a double room non smoking also..if that is possible...and if there is someone who will stay with me ... I can't wait, this will be so great... sweet tooth, I checked airlines and next month I will book if this is the route we are going to take, so I need to know how far it is from Jacksonville to your place so that I don't have you driving during odd hours etc. I still want to join you in church so I will definitely be there on that Sunday...so will most likely come on Friday or Saturday and then we can make plans from there... can't wait. Good idea Vickinat, RNvic brought the pens, do you or anyone else know where she bought them? We will need more. Also if anyone that needs a Tee, will have to let us know so I can work it out with Red.

Tuffy, the minimun order would be 15 tees, so we need 15 people who will want one, however, we could maybe try another company somewhere else. Just let me know and I will do what I can do make it happen. Love Red

Come on you other people, Start thinking Sunshine and fun in May. Everyone is invited. We had so much fun at the Castle, what a great "Gang". Let me know if you are thinking of joining us.

Drive in, Fly in, Swim in, or Hike in, we will pick anyone up that is flying in. Towels for those swimming in, and sandles for those hiking in. If you are driving in you don't get new cars.......LOL
