RE: Reports
I did a search on tennis elbow to show you that tendons do not heal overnight. Also after 3 days you would not want to go back to the same type of work you were doing. Enclosed is the link that says it could take 6-8 weeks to heal and sometimes even up to two years.

I have had recurring carpal tunnel, tendonitis, neuropathy and now RSD after 2 yrs this month of my injury. It ends up after a certain amount of time to be chronic pain. Treat it now and rest it as much as possible so you do not end up that way. Sometimes you need a job change so that it does not get worse. Good luck and hope this article helps you some. http://www.aolhealth.com/conditions/tennis-elbow?flv=1

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

RE: Reports
Hi,
I had very good luck with a massage therapist working on my arm elbow with severe tendenitis. It was painful as she worked on it, but it really did help. Our work doctor said i needed surgery for something like carpel tunnel of the Ulnar nerve in the elbow. No Thank you!!!! I tried her first....and she saved me from future invasive surgery!

RE: Reports
Lilly...I have had the same experience with Bicep tendonitis, and oh I have it soooooo bad in my right ankle. Stretching lightly and a massages worked wonders. Hurts alot at first but does help in the end. I guess it really depends on the exact problems. I worked with the bicep tendonitis for 2 years. Every so often I would lift too much or the wrong way and then I would work with my arm glued to my side for 2 weeks until it let up. Amazingly it is the same arm as my bad shoulder. Any update yet, Fuman??

Wink Thanks Vickie. I never seem to get it right.
