My little girl is gone and I am so heartbroken

I'm sorry for your loss Monster. Our beloved pets mean more to us than anything in the world. It was my new doggie the helped bring me out of deep depression, and I love him so much. My heart breaks for you.

I too am so sorry Monster. I know also how it feels to lose a loved one of 16yrs. and having to put him down. You need to know that you did the right thing. Your baby girl must of been suffering or going to be suffering with whatever was wrong with her.

They say a good pet owner knows when it is time to put their animal down. It is the ones that are selfish and let their dogs/cats suffer only to keep them around longer than they should be. I also buried my dog with an american flag blanket I had and that poem of the " Rainbow" and with his collar. His name was " Bingo". Since the tornado the trees on the 5 acres on the side of our house have all landed on his grave. I cannot get to him yet to pray.

In time you will be able to accept what happened and life must go on. Do not stop your life or hate god because of what he has planned for all of us. There is always a reason for everything and I am sure there was a reason for him to take your sweet baby. My deepest sympathy. I really feel the hurt and also made me cry thinking of my Bingo that has been gone now for 3 yrs.

Accept that you did the right thing and I wanted to mention to you, that someone on here ( cannot remember who) said they look forward to your posts each day so that they can click on the food link daily. You need to come back and continue to help the other animals by being available for those who rely on your posts to help these poor animals fed: )

So Sorry To Hear this sad news, I Once had a little dog, from the day it was born, the mom died giving birth, I had this dog for 14 years, had many more over the years but could never be close to them like this one,when it died I cried for days.Time heals all wounds.Love Halftrak

Oh Monster...I am so sorry and grieving with you. Someone gave me the poem "dog's plea" that Jayne posted when I had my little "Tears" put to sleep 18 years ago and it really consoled me. She was almost 19 and as I left the house with her I had 3 young girls sobbing with heartache. I remember the day like it was yesterday. She was my 4th little girl who slept with me and we even had our puppies together. My 2nd , her first. Monster I have not been able to have a dog as a companion since. My heart and prayers are with you.

Monster, I', so sorry that this loss had to happen. Please grieve as you need to do, but also remember and cherish the memories that you and her had. I feel bad that you are going thru this, I have been thru it in the past and it took me a long time to get over it. You'll never forget her, just know that she is no longer suffering.
