Getting help with meds
I was speaking to my lawyer last week and he asked me how I was doing and I told him not too good because I was in pain and couldn't afford my meds. Well he sent me through a company who is going to send me my meds at no cost and they deal with the insurance co. Gee this would have been nice to know way back when I was dying in pain some days and couldn't get them, but better late than never. My WC insurance co. canceled my script card way back and I have been paying for my scripts myself when we had the money.........

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: Getting help with meds
I Believe I Mentioned Innoviant Pharmacy to You in the Past, I have been Getting My Meds. there for Years! They Paid all through My Litigation, and they just Settled Up with them, and it was $25,000.00 the i/c had to Pay, and they Never Missed Sending Me My Meds. That Company is a Godsend for Injured Workers, and if You Lose Your Case, You Owe Nothing!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

RE: Getting help with meds
Backache,
I too used the one that Limbo stated. I was paying out of pocket when my card was stopped, then my lawyer told me about the WorkersCompRx company that used Innoviant pharmacy. I was so pleased and gratefull. My Dr. had to fax in the script to them and they delivered my meds. to my home. Then at the end of litigation, the W/C I/C had to pay them for my meds. I currently use my health ins(thru paying Cobra) for my meds. This company was a godsend since I could'nt afford my meds all the time and while in litigation, my health ins. would'nt cover them either. I'm happy that you will be recieving your meds now. I know this is for the state of PA, but am curious if other states offer this.
Hope you feel better soon, I miss you.
Love
Vickie
