Jayne's trip to California

Jayne, do you have your route picked out? The redwoods are a long stretch in Northern California along the Pacific Ocean, Highway 101. Are you planning on staying on 101 all the way to Southern California? Let me know your route. I would love to camp in our RV somewhere along the coast, just to meet you while you are enroute.

I don't ive near the Redwoods, but I used to many years ago, and the area is just beautiful. You will enjoy it!

we are going down to New orleans then coming down hiway 10 to cal where we will meet up with my son in yucca valley...done the 1 last time but really do not advise anyone to do it in a 34 ft motor home,want to do a good beach again like morro bay it was so pretty sweet is wanting to go to alcatraz and I would love to meet up with her there if possiable and just talked to sithie and want to see her again also then theres Pooh and I gotta try to get to UA also maybe UA can meet us in OKC ok...who knows havent got it all mapped out yet gotta do it where we can stay in military fam camps for less than 10 dollars a nite I will cook in the camper if gas will just stay below 3 dollars before summer.....I will bring you a cat

Let me know where there are Military camps along 101. Where I stay is not cheap, but it has good securty. Morro Bay is very nice, but a little cold. I would go there if that's where you will be staying. Cayuccos is right next door to Morro Bay, and I've stayed there often. Send me your itiniary when you have it made.

Hello, You guys are going to be by an area close to where I was raised. I agree with Chris, Morro Bay is nice, but gets a little cold/foggy. I dont know what time of year you will be through Jayne, but that area of the coast can get foggy in the summer time. I can remember 4th of Julys that were so foggy you couldnt see the fireworks being shot off the pier..

Have a safe journey, Ive always wanted to take off in a motor home and see all the states.
