What are you doing for New Year's Eve?
I'm baking a chocolate/chocolate cake from scratch. It's the best cake recipe in the WORLD! I shared it with Jayne (and on this site) last Christmas. I figure I can't drink while under medication, but I sure can enjoy the evening without alcohol as long as chocolate is involved.

Staying home to watch the ball drop, warm and cozy on the sofa next to my two sweeties (husband and dog). Went out to dinner last night, to beat the crowd. LOL! There were only 6 patrons in the entire restaurant.

Let Go, and Let God......

Hubby and I are going out to dinner and then home to snuggle on the couch and
wait for the ball to drop and the New year. Tomorrow will be filled with football and Mummers.

Wishing all the very best of health, peace and happiness in 2009.

God bless.

RE: What are you doing for New Year's Eve?
Snowed in and wishing I could head home up north to my home for the night with Hubby like planned. If it would stop snowing it might just happen. Wind is pretty strong and people are stuck on the highways. Big snow drifts.

Hubby is in the middle of making his fav. soup and I will be stumbling through the fridge in a few mins. to find something to eat as I do not like cream corn/hamburg soup. It has been many years that I have not made it up to see the ball drop, and doubt I will make it tonight either. I usually fall asleep before 9 or 10pm. Depends if a good movie is on or not.
