smothered chicken and green beans,yummy
4 boneless chick breast
2 cups of frozen green beans 1 can of cream of mushroom soup one half cup of water 1 cup of shredded chedder cheese cook chick 5-7 mins. on each side or untill done.then remove chick add beans,soup and water.cook for 6 mins stirring often. return chick to skillet cook 1-4 mins. or until hot,then add cheese. this has been hurts yummy of the day.lol its good Each day is not a rite,it's a given. |

it only takes about 30 mins and it good but then again i like chicken,i dont like fatty foods or sweets.on offense sorry sweettooth,lol.he,he,he.im sweet enought.lol.im more of a road apple if you have ever heard that term before(horse poop on the road)road apple.lol,lol,lol.

i m a hell of a cook sparkey just got done with dinner .had my nieces and my wife and daughter we had sloppy joes and homemade fries it was good.
