;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I am well on my way to one of my resolutions..and that was to get down to 150 lbs. I should weigh 130..but think with all of the stress I am under right now.. 150 is attainable. I weighed myself Christmas Eve, and again the 26th, even with all the eating that I did over the holiday, I only gained a pound and weighed 171. This morning after my shower, I jumped back on the scale ( I weigh in every Sunday except around the holiday) and I am down to 167. Only 17 to go and now that my son is back home in Michigan till this summer, I am sure I won't have any trouble loosing the last 17 lbs.
I also want to quit smoking this year, but that is going to be a tough one. I can't use the patches as it drops my blood pressure and I pass out, the gum makes me physically ill and insurance won't pay for Chantix..not that I would take it after learning 2 of my ex coworkers committed suicide while on it. I am waiting for some of the stress and depression over the RSD and WC/STD/LTD/SSDI to let up and then I am sending via the internet for a system called zerosmoke.com. I have seen it advertised on late night tv and basically it has to do with magnets and herbal supplements. A lot cheaper than the other things I have tried. I'm not stopping because of the price I pay (it's only $5.15 a carton here for what I smoke) but because I know I need to if I am going to live long enough to spoil great grandchildren  Angel ^j^ I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane. ************ Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open |

I started loosing weight after the knee replacement, didn't feel like eating.
Some days I am not hungry and do not eat much, and so far I am down 29 lbs. I do eat when I have a headache, causes me to crave food. |
