Thanks for the Kind Words Everyone!! I am Starting to go to the Bathroom More, and My Lower Stomach seems to be Softening up, so I hope is just from Being Compacted!! My Stamina is Still Very Low, and My Concentration is getting Harder to Control. I am also having a Problem Seeing Double, so I May have to go Back to My PM Dr. for an Overhaul of My Med. Regiment. I Miss being on, and Hope I can be Back More Soon!! Have a Great New Year Everyone, You are All in My Prayers, and in My Thoughts!!

Happy New Year to you and yours also, Limbo. I am so glad things are working out. I had a feeling it might be your meds only because I have suffered in this way also. In your case the fear will always be your lumbar causing it. Good luck with the PM and let us know. Sounds like a med adjustment is needed. I also find that since I have an umbilical hernia and part of my small intestine likes to slip in that area, not to mention the meds that cause problems, that Miralax is the only thing I have used that doesn't cause cramping, and does the job with me feeling all is very natural.
