RE: IME question
It was under a year when I also got my PIR rating. It was a 10%. My doctor gave me a 32% which I feel was right due to what problems I am having with dressing myself etc. I took the 10% and continue to get PM every month. I am also working full time but having alot of trouble. Today I woke in terrible pain. Having a hard time typing and have to keep stopping in between.

Right now I am at a standstill. Talking of stim. implant or going to a chronic pain class for 3 weeks. I cannot miss work for 3 weeks. What do they think??? I am so confused right now and in terrible pain and do not know where to turn. Lose work and go to classes or have implant and lose work? Not much of a choice. Arggh...... I just want to get out of this dang pain everyday. Here xmas is coming and I am getting in a deep depression without anti depression meds. Wish me luck.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

RE: IME question
Sparky you have had a blockbuster year......not just the BS on your wc claim but your home hit by a tornado and then the ice storm.....then cold will make the pain worse and being shut up inside will make the depression worse.....someone told me to try a tanning booth to help the depression I dont know but I do know sunlight and warmth helps my depression.....GL and let us know if we can help

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
