bad weather

RE: bad weather
Well, here in Western Washington, unusally cold, in the teens. Stuck in the snow for about a week now. Snow about 8 inches, tonight high wind, 50 mph, gusts to 70-90. Very scary here in the camping club, lots of trees can fall on the trailer. Spending the night with a few full timers here in our community center as the building is kind of safe from falling trees. Hoping we don't loose power as they don't have generator here. Someone brought a tiny kerosene heater just in case, than we all sleep in the tv room to keep warm.
Not sure how I will make it to my daughter's house for Christmas, as the bad weather just won't let up...even the freeways are shut down sometimes, due to snow/ice. They don't salt the roads in here, so when it's below freezing, driving is very dangerous.

Wishing everyone Happy Holidays.

Kat

Sounds like you have some very bad weather, stay warm and be safe.
Well its -2° and our high is only 12° today with 2 to 4 inches of snow expected over night. We only got 4 inches last night but the winds are starting to pick up.
