RE: bad weather
Trust me Tuffy

All this cold weather that we have had the past week has sent my fibro into a big time flare ........... I don't like it -- although that white stuff was pretty on my lawn for a couple of days -- then the fog yesterday was just terrible to drive in ........ Other than that I am enjoying today like sweet and jayne are. 67 here this afternoon SmileSmile so very nice for december although I hear that you sent some cold weather back south for this weekend Tongue

RE: bad weather
It's a gorgeous 63 degrees here right now, and I have the front door open. Supposed to be in the 60's tomorrow as well. I don't care what the weather does the rest of the Christmas break, as long as it allows me to get into Will Rogers airport tomorrow and pick up my son..that is..if he is able to get out of Ohare. Got 4 new tires on my car, a great heater and if need be will do 20mph all the way home from Oklahoma. I don't care. I just want to see my son again. Two years since I saw him last is just 2 years too long.

RE: bad weather
I thought it was going to be worse. First was hit with the freezing rain, then the snow on top of that. Kids shoveled, then we put salt down. Streets are plowed and went out shoping. So, we were not stuck in the house like I had thought we would be, staying home shoveling all day. So, not to bad. I've been through worse as we all have been at one time or another.

BB , We must have got the brunt of it not as much as thought, but 8 t0 10 in and more tomarrow, I just got plowed out about 8.30 this evening, My friend Gail and hubby and there son. We had our road plowed once @ 11.00 am, nothing sinse. I wanted to go shopping but was stuck at home. Did not want a repeat of last year with my back, I learned my lesson well. Besides I didn't want you all to scream at me.LOL
