Hi again Pooh,
monster is correct....One day, out of the blue, and big ole check will arrive in the mail addressed to you, with no explanation! Several days later, you'll receive a letter informing you, that you have been awarded SSD ! Lilly

sounds like its party time at poohs house........we missed her halloween antics this year
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Yes I got my little pooh mobile -- still need to find a pooh decal to put in the windows though
You guys are right -- now is just the waiting game for the check and official decision. It just made me angry that their doctor would have disabled me back in 2002 and then through WC I could "fly" and kept working until 2004. More and more damage done to the shoulder because wc doctors said I could "fly" and nothing was wrong with me. It does pay to get all your medical records -- even from personal doctors so that if SSDI has a medical expert testify they can see the whole picture about what is going on with your body - not just what WC says. |
