I decided to start this thread because Spring ask me for an update in one of her post.  First I want to apologize that I have not been here posting very much.  I have had a lot of health issues and have been very busy with my expected to move from New Jersey to Oregon.  I have two real estate agents that I am working with.  One in New Jersey to sell and then one in Oregon to buy.  We found property in Oregon next to my daughters house which we have decided to put an offer on but I have to have it approved by the Veterans Administration so that I can have the home remodeled for specially adapted needs like ramps, bathrooms, and so forth.  While I am very lucky to have the VA benefits, sometimes the paper work can be very annoying.  I am not complaining because I am a very lucky person to have their assistance all the time. The other day they ordered me a great electric wheelchair.  I can't wait to get it. ÂÂ
Also my grand daughter and I have been very busy with a new oil painting technigue.  I will try to attach a picture for you to see the latest one that we did together.  It was related to my mood at the time.  It's no wonder that Alexia's (my grand daughter) has a lot more color in hers than I have in mind.  I was in a sad mood that day. [/color]As far as my eye sight...all is well.  As far as my health...all is well.  I am really fatigued and am sleeping a lot more again, but I have a great a supportive husband who doesn't complain about the house or the fact that he is doing most of the work right now. In terms of Brooke...she went to Hawaii last week with a group of people from her job.  She works for Dell in Roseburg Oregon and Dell sponsered the trip.  She was suppose to go prior to the accident.  The company arranged for wheelchair service for her so she could attend.  It sounds like a really nice company.  They have been very good to her. I am still praying every night at 9 PM EST.  I think of each of you..and all your kindness and caring.  You are the most incredible group of people I have ever met.  I pray every day for your pain that God grant you some relief from it, that God continue to work in your lives as you help others on this board, and that God help each of you financially so that that stress can be gone from your lives.  I can't pray for the IC company to help you...because God already knows that that is the source of most of your stress and he already knows what each of you need from them...so he is in charge.  Now I have written a book so I will sign off for now.... Love you loads.. sending you hugs  ... Carol (red) Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. |

First off - wonderful pictures - both of you and granddaughter and the paintings. and also glad to hear that things are doing better health wise for you. Glad Brooke still got to go to Hawaii with the group and they treat her right. makes me glad that we only buy Dell around here. That and they have great CS !!! you can tell her I said that. Keep us posted on how your doing - I know how the fatigue can hit people for it's something that I battle with as well. My hubby loves to tease me about it. |

RE: Update on Red1030
Red....Absolutely beautiful! You, your grandaughter and the paintings. Isn't it so true? Only a grandchild can get away with certain things. Hope all works out for you with the move. God be with you. CAP God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |

RE: Update on Red1030
Oh Red...I love seeing the paintings. And just the memories you are building with your granddaugther are priceless. She is a beauiful little girl. SHe does look like her grandma. And hearing about Brooke just made my day. My youngest son works for Dell also. They are a wonderful company to work for. I sure hope your move to Oregon comes soon so that stress is over.....how will that effect your husbands WC case? I can't imagaine dealing with a out of state case. But as we all know everything all ways works out in the end. You will as always will be in my prayers. Please keep the pictures posted....as you and your grand daugther painted them. Talk with you soon.
