Monster, A strain or sprain can be as painfull or more so than a break. Follow the ED Dr's orders and you should be ok in a few days. If not check it out with your own Dr or return to the ED. Sorry I can't be of more help. Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving and looking forward to Christmas.

Monster, I hope you get the treatment you need. You've been messed with for too long. Sometimes a good physical therapist can do hand traction to relieve some of the pain, but until you have surgery, it won't go away. How old is your MRI?

 Chris - They have put the fusion off as my PM doc says its not the discs causing problems. Right now the name escapes me but I do know the name, lol. The pain has let up a bit but I still can't move my head. From the little reading I have done it now seems as if this will be a chronic problem. I just hate the fact that I never know when this will happen. I can't drive and was supposed to work today and tomorrow. My boss is upset...not at me but just because it has put more of a workload on him. Red - you have enough going on without reading up about this girl. Get some rest and take care of you and Del. Like I said this has been going on for years I just never had a name before. Please take care of you, I will be okay in a few days. monster.... you are right, I never got to it. The kids were on my computer all night and then I fell asleep just after I put them to sleep. I just got up and am getting ready to go back to bed as it is now 1:30 am here. I will try to find some more information tomorrow after the kids leave for home. Love Red

Monster Ask to go to pt for this ... It has helped me alot .. For the one I go to does the heat first then ultrasound then manual massage ... It takes for ever to fit and do the exercises but only til you feel pain... The headaches get better and the pain in the back of head into the top of head also ...
