benefits cut off

Rolleyes benefits cut off
does anyone know anything about why benefits are being cut off because vocational rehab found jobs that claiimed to be in the area of work i could preform although was never hired for any of them, now was never even asked about retraining or a job that was close to what i used to do or according to my educational standards.

each state has their own laws; there is no way to answer without knowing yours. were all benefits denied? which were stopped?
what makes you think it was related to vocational rehabilitation?
If you were recently determined by a doctor to have reached maximum Medical Improvement then generally temporary wage replacement benefits would be discontinued.

because my case worker from workers comp sent me a letter stating from the jobs that the Dr. approved I could make 90% of my preinjury wages, and plus i was never offered any type if vocational training in any other job type just some jobs that was no were near the type of job i held for the past 13 years and i was determined by the Dr i had reached MMI
