It's 25 degress right now at 8:30 right outside of Philadelphia. HAd a ncie snaow yesterday morning that ended by 11:00. Pretty to watch but not really any accumulation. Been cold and windy for the past week.

It has been cold here at night, down in the twenties. During the day it has been getting into the high forties and low fifties. Very similar weather to the part of Pa. that I was from.

When we drove down to central Ca.(Manteca) last weekend and got my things from storage, it was 86 degrees, but the smog and air quality was bad and very noticable. Here in the mountains, except for the wood smoke from everyones stoves, it is much cleaner and crisper air. I can view the mountains from my back deck.

PS: the cold makes me hurt more, but being near my daughter and babies makes it worth it to me.

Woke up to sunny skys today and a whomping 10°F. It is Gun Deer season and Have not heard any shots yet has been open for 3 hours.

its 12 this morning and cold,lots of gun shots all around there are woods all around me.the deer are out all over looking for food and they are fat it going to be a cold winter so get ready all.in indiana we have a guy that shot a 14 pionter a new state record.the deer field dressed at 201 pounds.this thing had three inches of fat on him thats a sign of cold weather.see ya all.

Deer hunter are out. two of my friends are out and have already got one. It is 27 this morning and the sun is shining.

Its a heat wave here At 11:am 27°. supposed to get 32. I am also a hunter but got hurt last year in nov and did not go this year cause I cant sit that long without getting stiff. I would shoot one off my back deck but I think neighbor would turn me in. lol.

10:30 a.m. it's 52 degrees and expected to reached 65 as a high today. Tomorrow it will warm up to an expected 72 degrees.

The bad thing is the fog. The visibility is less than 1 mile from early evening until early a.m., then it clears up. Bad for driving.

bronco. Check your state game regulations. In PA as long as you are in your own safety zone you can shoot whatever you like, if it's in season, make sure you read those rules too, Still and Red know what I'm talking about.LOL In PA you can hunt in a safety zone as long as you have permission from the owner. I have no neighbors close to me so I wouldn't be infringing on their safety zones. I don't know about your state. We get a buck every year who decides to go through the suicide zone. My does are as safe as can be and stay by the house during deer season, since I won't allow doe hunting. Now I am praying the 12 inches of snow we got over the last couple of days melts by tomorrow. It is the opening day of bear season and I'm afraid we are going to have a record kill because of the snow. I know we need some of them killed off since we have quite a few bear, but next to bobcats bear are my favorite wild animal.

Currently it's 41F with a wind chill of 32F -- we have north winds of about 18 miles and hour. High today is suppose to be 61F.

We don't have any snow if our forecast yet for the next 10 days or so -- we are suppose to have night time temps from the higher 30's down to the low 20's and day time temps of 55+

I don't know about jayne's side of the state -- but here in the western part of okie -- looks good.

One the other hand -- what did you guys think of the OU and Texas game this weekend -- think the sooners really showed them that they are a team to beat this year -- we don't want to settle for the fiesta bowl again .............. lol
