Hello denmantragic,
Welcome to the forum, as you know or your finding out WC procedures dont tend to favor the injured worker. I have been injured since 11-6-07, and not yet needed my lawyers help yet. But that might not be your case, check around find 1 that deals with wc and see what they have to say. Some others that know more will be able to give you more info but You should say your state so they will be able to help you better.
