Bad Boy

Will Do.

Today I went to the Spine Institute and requested in writing my medical records, (I want to see the Dr's notes)

Monday I have PT eval on my back.

Tues I see my family physician; I went to him first on my back when I first started having problems with pinched nerve in my back.
After treating me he referred me for an mri which was abnormal
This dr is an O.D. and his told me my back problems relate to my knees,
we will see if he will put it in writing.

Wed I start PT

Hope what I write isn't to rattled, my 8 yr old son broke his ankle today
(3rd time since Spring Break, & the dr thinks this time he got the growth plate)

I am from Kansas

Sad RE: Upset with attorney
Bummer, you sound fine.

I'm so sorry about the little guy. My prayers are always with him you know, I never leave him out.

Oh, don't forget, when you do get done with the Records and the Doctor's and all, to let me know your State again, for you didn't put that in your profile.

Hey, your doing good, always, always get your records, and make copies of them, even you MRI's, Cat Scans and X-rays, and those reports, make copies and always send the copies to your Attorney, fill up your folder at the Attorney's Office. That's being a good worthy client. getting those things done early save the Attorney and you time latter.

Let me know how the little guy makes out, ok... Sad
