Thanks Cappy. I have been surprised at how bad my body has been reacting to the driving. I think part of it is that I have been trying not to take my meds until I'm done driving for the day. I don't take any narcotics anymore, but some meds do get me tired quicker, I take those after I'm stopped.

Vickie- stop and walk around every couple hours. Find a shop to stop and walk around in so you can stay warm and the walking will help you not hurt as much when you get out of the van.

RNVic, Thanks for the advice, that's what I'm going to do. I have been stopping only for gas or restroom breaks, and hurrying back on the road. I don't have a timeline so I'm going to take my time, my daughter said she would rather me take 2 weeks to get there than to have me have bad pain flare ups. I hope you are feeling better.
