Sparkey, I to have RSD this dr diagreed with and stated no signs of, of course with that he failed to mention my arms obviouse 1 inch dimpeling in spots from wasteing and the fact that my arm went from unexplained circles of discoloration to turning blue and black in most of arm also the fact that my skin is ice cold.
But hard to remember all that was seen in a ten minute exam of simply bend your arm up down ok good enough......lol
Thankfully the difference with my visit was w/c did not hire him the company I work for did for amo before we go to court to determine work related or not. So his opinion is not binding and is just a hired hit man.

Silly, I have been Injured for 4 Years,and had My First IME, and it was Filled with Untruths also. Your Attorney is on the Right Track to Depose this Dr. along with Yours, and You as I did, have the Medical Evidence to Prove Your Claim. My Attorney actually told Me that the IME Dr. they Used was Pretty Well Respected by the Judges, but when it all came down to Facts, I Won, and My Dr. and I were found to be More Credible! So Naturally they are Coming at Me Again, and Sent Me for another IME, and My Attorney Laughed when He saw who they were Sending Me to this Time, His Reputation is absolutely Awful with the Judges, but He Guesses that no Other IME Dr. would See Me, because they know the Medical Evidence will Win Again!! This IME Dr. Spent Exactly 18 Minutes with Me, Talked for 15 asking Questions, and 3 Minutes Examining Me!! He didn't even Lay Me Flat, or do Leg Raises, all He did was Check Reflexes, and Measure My Lower Part of My Legs!! You'll Be O.K., it Sounds like Your Attorney is on the Ball, and don't let the Stress of All of this Get to You!! My Very Best, and Have a Great Weekend!!

Thanks Limbo I needed that! My attorney is one of those who dosent advertise and relys on word of mouth for new clients. He seems great. Has built his practice on his abbilitys and knowlege.

score another point for the little guy !!! We went to court and the judje orderd thier drs report thrown out due to its obvious falsness and as stated by my lawyer backed by copies of phone records cohursed statements by dr. YAY. But now court has been postponed pending new IME report orderd by juge, with a twist... the next dr available rents a space in the same office as my employers hired physician so the juge agreed to have that report not be binding also in the cae that it goes bad.
I worked for a huge global wide corporation known and sanctioned before for many huge reasons one being use of power.

Sillyme ...I worked for the Salvation army.....and their IC did their leval best to screw me....The WC judge sent me to her doc one paid for by the court....his report said that if I had been taken care of in a timely matter I wouldnt have near the damage I had.....that report cost the IC mega bucks.....my next trip to the judge was to sign settlement papers....
