ime dr lied

Hello all,
I finnaly got a copy of the ime drs report today when I met my lawyer to get ready for court. Oh my god was it horible he twisted every word and made up a lot. At one point in the exam he asked me about any prior surgerys I told him a historectomy due to pre-cancer, He then said oh thats to bad it must have scared you to find out, I sad yes because it was one day after burying my mother from cancer. He then said I se in your records you were on an ati-depressant I sad yes it was a stop smokeing aid I took for one month. In his report he stated that I have cronic mood disorder and have been in ongoing treatment since I was a child. ??? What the :"****" is that???? The whole report was full of this crap. Can an IME get away with this?
My lawer said He made all false statements that we could basicly screw him with because we have all medical records to back us. He also said we could technicli sue him for false reports and lying for money. Do all IME'S do this? My lawyer knows him and said he was once a w/c listed dr but was kiked off . To me thayt sends up a red flag. HIRED HIT MAN !!!!
