Problem solved
I will be staying away unless it's to help someone in need as an IW, nothing personal. I am very glad that all of you have been on the phone and sending PM all day comforting your friend Jayne as she is still judging me and calling me names. Talk about being made to feel like an outcast. There are those who talk out both sides of their mouth but that is not my problem. I am so very sorry that no one had the time or effort to tell me that I was such a horrible person and causing Jayne such distress, depression and sadness. I am thrilled that there are so many who have come to her rescue. I didn't know one can dish out whatever but not take it and that's OK. I learned alot on this forum and will miss it. When newbies come and go and say this is like a click with a ring leader I have always stayed away from it but now I understand. Maybe had Hubby and I made the Castle trip we would also be part of the "group". There are people here who have respect for me and I for them. There are so many different lifestyles here it;s a shame they are not all excepted. I have agreed and disagreed with family members and friends off and on through my life and have never seen anything like this, nor have I ever lost a friend or family member because I disagreed with them. This is a shock and a first for me. I will not be called non-christian, immoral or anything similar anymore, amongst other names I was called in PM's. Some can't handle the truth and don't understand facts. They read more into something than what there is. Jayne is right, some people are too sensitive. Since Jayne has been here alot longer and seems to need the comforting and I obviously went on and forgot about the election when Tuffy and Limbo asked that we drop the subject , I will take the heat for Jayne's inability to stop.Remember something, I was warned about this happening and I was warned about Jayne when I first came here. I let it go in m=one ear and out the other but this is all too much. Be well and know that you will remain in my prayers.

Cap

I believe in your heart you know we all love you.

You have gone thru so much with your injuries, and hubby's illness and that plays hard on one's emotions.

I know this from first hand experience, my daughter had 145 hospital admissions in the 11 years she lived. I was under constant stress daily, finanical, my health, as well as family relationships.

Her admissions were out of state, and I always prayed I would come up with enough money to get her to the hospital. While she was in ICU in St Louis I became ill, I put her first and hid my illness. One month later we were back home and I had emergency surgery 4 days after I arrived home.

I just wanted to share I do understand the stress you have been under.

I have seen the support others on this board have shown you with your hubby's illness and other times of need.

And you have been very supportive when I have questions or need to talk, (write).
And I thank you for being there for me and others on this forum.

The only time I have posted about politics on this forum was my response on healthcare, and to say I will not post whom I will vote for.

It would be a great loss to this forum if you left.

Love,
Bummer Knees

Cap., Please read the Reply to the PM You Sent Me, and Thank You for Sending Me One! You will Read My Feelings on there, and I Hope it will Help You Return Sooner. When I Posted My Thread Yesterday I wanted it to be a Bit of a Thought Starter, I Really do need a Break from this Election Talk, and My Pain is High and My Medicine Side-Effects make Me Agitated Very Easily, and I don't want to Spread Negativity on this Site, the Folks on Here have been Way too Good to Me, and I don't want to Cause any Unrest! Please Re-Consider, I Personally saw the Arms of these Forum Folks wrap around You when You found Out about Your Husbands Cancer, and they were also there for You in Your Time of Need. The Trip to Tulsa or The Castle doesn't make a "Click" and the Others Outsiders, I Hope that's Anger Talking, I think You know How Well You are thought of on Here, and how Everyone Appreciates the Things You have done for Others! Be Well and Please Come Back Soon, I'm taking a bit of a Break, but it's for the Reasons Posted Above, and also in My Thread, but not Because of any "Click", You are a Great Person with a Lot to Share, and will be Missed until Your Return!!Wink

RE: Problem solved
I for one just want you to know that I have enjoyed all your posts and have been very concerned about how you have been feeling and also taking care of your husband. I also was very happy that you finally settled to at least take some of the burden off you that you have had in the past. I do hope that you do not leave this forum as you will surely be missed.

I come here and enjoy reading everything. I was always told not to get involved in political stuff with other people as everyone has their own different views and it could cause friendships to end etc. I like to keep my mouth shut on those issues as it can go on and on. I hope your husband and you are doing well and if you need a break , we all understand and have been there, done that.

RE: Problem solved
Good morning. I would like to just say a few things. I have returned all PM's that have been sent to me. This had nothing to do with my husband's illness. It was a political debate. Nothing more. I harbour no hard feelings . I have debated with friends (because I like it) for most of my adult life. It was a diversion for me from my own problems and I loved it. Sorry not everyone did. Never have I said I was leaving the forum. I said I was sticking to the IW 's part and staying out of anything personal other than praying for all of you. I also have never, ever said that the folks here haven't prayed and prayed for me and my husband and supported me with everything they have. I don't know where that came from. I said in my first post that started this thread that there were alot of folks I had alot of respect for and knew they respected me, so yes Bummer I know there are folks here who love me, but I never said otherwise, or doubted it. This thingy has gotten totally misconstrued and out of hand. Please , my words have been misunderstood numerous times lately. For that reason I will not be posting much. I will be here everyday is someone needs my help. I needed to stop this somehow and staying away for a couple of days did it.

Sparkey had I known this would happen I would have never gotten involved.

Halftrak ...Thanks Wink Love your ending.
