Feeling better
I am finally seeing some relief from my headaches.

My friend, the injured nurse was with me the other day when I could feel one of my headaches starting. (My friend is also a physical therapist, but worked as an RN previous to her injury)

She gently felt the muscles in my neck to target the problem and started a gentle massage of the muscles, and it worked!.

If I do the massage at the first sign of the headache building I can keep it from going to a full blown migraine.

I am excited! Just thought I would share.
