atty. client contract breech
Has anyone any knowledge about breech of contract with regard to retainer agreement? My retainer agreement states that I will receive a statement of attorneys fees before any actual payment is made to my atty. Atty. has instructed ins. co. to deduct his fee. I have seen no statements about attorneys fees. Is this legal? Is there any recourse? What do I do?
