Formula for PPD award calculation
Does any one know the formula. Is it state specific? We are in NV, Hubby was rated at 12%, making 1k a week prior and is 33. Is this all the info we need or is there more? Thanks!

RE: Formula for PPD award calculation
You should be able to go to your states dept of labor web site , and there should be a caculator, that when you put in your rating and number of weeks payed, that it gives you some type of an estimated amount that your injury might be worth. Hope this helps you. GOOD LUCK-------------- fathertime
