RE: Insurance company trying to declare me at MMI
Bad Boy, that was Great Info.!!! If I May Add One More Point. My Attorney had Me Buy a small Notebook, (I just had an IME the 23rd of Last Month) and He wanted Me to Note the Time the Dr. Entered the Exam Room, How Long He Asked Me Questions, and How Long He ACTUALLY Examined Me. He Spoke for 15 Minutes, and He was setting in a Chair, not Asking and Examining Me at the Same Time. He Never Laid Me Flat or Asked Me to Bend, Measured My Shins and Calves, and from a Setting Position, He Asked Me to Straighten Up as Best as I Could, and I Stopped as Soon as I Felt Pain, and I wasn't even 1/4 Setting with My Back Straight. He Only Examined Me for a Total of 3 Minutes, and My Attorney was Very Happy I listened and got the Notebook, because He said He can Surely Use that in the Deposition should there be One!!Wink

You May find this a Bit Funny, the Dr. is about 2-2 1/2 Hours from My Home, so I asked for Transportation to and From the Appt., I didn't want to Use My Vehicle and Gas to try and Help them take Away My Benefits! I couldn't Believe My Eyes, I was looking for some Beat-Up Cab with no Air, or a Van, and what Pulls in My Driveway? A 2007 Black Caddy Limo, with a Driver in a 3 Piece Suit!!!! I Spoke Very Little of My Case and He didn't Ask, but I at Least Enjoyed the Ride!!!Smile

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

RE: Insurance company trying to declare me at MMI
Thank you Bad Boy & Still In Limbo

I am going to print what both of you wrote and will use it as a guide in preparing for the IME, I do have plenty of work to do.

The doctor I am being sent to is my former treating doctor on my knees, he did the meniscus surgery. He wrote in his report to the judge; that in no way is wc responsible in paying for my knee replacement. Now you know why I am being sent to this doctor for an IME.

His report is why I had to fight 2 years in court to get the knee replacement.

Now about the blow-up doll, laughing!
