RE: Debate Discussion..what do you think?
Hi all... why don't we move this conversation to the war in Iraq and our thoughts about it. I guess my only thoughts about it is that we should have finished it the first time and we would not be there now (in iraq) and that they should pay for their freedom not the USA. I also feel that the real war may actually be in Afaganistan versus Iraq. Also I do believe that there will need to be a solid agreed upon plan with the Iraq country as to when we leave there. I do not feel that we need to stay there for 100 years..which means leaving a base there. I would like to see our military come home with honors becasue they were allowed to complete the job started.... and I would like to see the ones responsible for 911 caught and held responsible. Does anyone else have any thoughts that they would like to discuss... love Red

RE: Debate Discussion..what do you think?
This Thread was made to talk about our thoughts, and opinions on the Debate of the up-coming possible new VP's. It then turned to another direction, and another and another.

It's only my opinion, is to talk on other subjects is to then start a new Thread. This way we keep the subjects in proper oder in case we ever need to research them someday.

Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor.

What is it about the word 'NUCLEAR' that republicans can't (or won't?) pronounce it correctly?

I can't quite remember, but it seems to me Clinton didn't pronounce it correctly either. I clearly remember Carter prouncing it "nookier".

I don't understand the difficulty either though. Seems like an easy word to pronounce.
