Thanks srq..... I didn't have a clue about the most of what you said. I did see on TV something about the nurse who said that the living babies were taken to the soiled utility room. I didn't know how much validity it had, I suppose as many I chose to look the other way other than have to face that this may truly be happening in our country. I can't imagine it even now. I believe what you say and I believe that it is happening, but my mind just can't grab it to comprehend it.

I didn't know that Obama opposed the law to stop this nonsense of hurting babies as they are. These babies still feel pain I believe so they suffer before they die. We have laws that protect people from cruelty to dogs and we are doing this and Obama wanted it. That is a disturbing piece of infomation. Thanks for sharing

As for the regulations, I still do not understand a lot about this. I am not sure just how much is needed. What I fear about the money going to the banks...is who is doing the oversight and who is going to make sure the right money goes to the right needs... to help the most people. I feel that anyone can find themselves subject to fraud under the right circumstances, therefore, who is going to over see the person overseeing the money. There is no way this amount of money is leaving the government to another entitiy without risking substantial lost due to greed. We find it in government and all over the place. It can be compared to nurses taking jobs due to the easy access of the drugs. These people are at risk to be dishonest and not do what is in the tax payers best interest or the best interest of the country. Consequently in times such as this, I do believe there should be a lot of regulation with checks and double checks to assure the tax payers are protected. I am not sure how much is too much regulation, but I do believe we need some. I need to explore more to find out exactly how much Obama is speaking about. Thank you for your information.

Does anyone know anything else about either of our candidates that might truly cause anyone to stop and think about who they want to be president. I really appreciate all the sharing any of us can do. I truly want to make an informed decision as I am sure we all do and can benefit from sharing. Red

well I guess I am not R or D....I look to both candidates and their running mates and make my choice...I am a reg.Dem only so I can vote in local elections cuz most times Rs dont run in this yellow dog democrat county.....
I do not believe 2 wrongs make a right and oppose abortion for any reason.....yes I have heard all the retarded,raped by a black man stories....Be responsiable .....take birth control or how about just abstaining....if there is a reason you dont want to raise the child you were given there are thousands of couples waiting to adopt a baby...I cannot support a man who thinks we should kill babies or that they are not deserving a chance at life.
I dont understand how a Dr can abort a 14 year old child without calling a parent and getting permission but wont set a broken arm without signed consent.Or why this law was even passed.
I am sick and tired of being behind a person with a rounded cart filled with things I cant afford and then whipping out the food stamps to pay for them....or why an injured worker cant get food stamps but a druggie can.....
I dont understand why as a responsiable adult I raised my children to work and to be responsiable and earn there own way yet the Democrat party wants to take my hard earned dollars to pay a 15 year old to have a child she cant afford nor will she be mature enough to take care of it,pay all her medical give her foodstamps and wic and next year when she is knocked up again they will do it again..
I want people to have the pride in earning their own way...And would much rather pay taxes to pay collage grants than to pay for babies having babies....
I want then to inforce the damn laws they have now before making more they cant or wont inforce either...
I believe a policeman,fireman and teachers should make more money than any movie or TV actor..
I want a flat tax across the board 20% is fine no need to pay the tax preparers no writeoffs for nothing period you make 10 dollars you owe 2...but no other taxes on anything to include gas and groceries.....if you make more you pay more thats fair but everybody pays there 20..
I guess what I am looking for in a President is someone who will stand up for me and vote one way or another cuz I hear enough "not me I didnt do it" here with the kids.....Present indead what a copout......that tells me he didnt care enough about it one way or the other to vote.....
I want to look at what they have done not what they say they are gonna do......cuz I can say I am gonna diet tomorrow but I am not and by looking at my past record you can see that.....
I wanna President that has served his country in the military cuz if he didnt love it enough to fight for it then I damn sure dont want him making any decisions about it...
I cant be less than passionate about this, it is my future, my childrens future, my grands future.I cant afford to let a smooth talking snake oil salesman take it down....
IMHO NObama isnt fit to change my cats litter boxes cuz his record says you cant trust him to follow thru and do it.....
Wall streets failure will hurt all of us even those of us that dont have a dime in stocks...
I want reporters to report the news not give me their opinion I wanna form my own,I want fair balanced news of both parties all their working records what they have done and who they hang with.....

It's not only the records of the presidential candidates that we have to look at, but that of their running mates as well. What happens if Obama or McCain are unable to complete their terms and Biden or Palin have to step in and continue running the country ?? Who's policies and beliefs as well as record would we be able to trust then??

Which one of the then Vice Presidents would have the moxie to stand up for what their president wanted to achieve during his term of office and get it done while putting their own spin on it?? Who would have the guts to stand up against congress and as the saying goes "Git 'er done" ??, while also maybe implementing some of the policies they believe in brought to a vote and passed into law??

Just another little something to think about.

I cannot compare either candidate to Lincoln, but I ask you all to honestly assess which candidate is more likely to be on God's side, and is more apt - overall - to do right by God AND you and our great country.

i would of voted for hillary if she would of won the ticket.i think obama made a mistake by not picking hillary as vp.just my thoughts.i really dont care for either of the guys that are running.so im not sure there i stand and whos the best person for the job.we need someone that will get us back on track and soon.
